TURN INTO ME AGAIN

photo-shop-1_edited-1-copy

Time came from shadows
And dreams
Swirled like magical clouds
From my pillow

Here I am he said
Turn into me again

The fog drifted into sheets
Emotional feats
Summersaulted into beats
Inside my chest

Here I am he said
Turn into me again

Darkness fell like drapes
And angels
Wore fishnets spun with despair
Inside my conscience

Here I am he said
Turn into me again

A tongue of excuses sharpened
To a point
Stab at all the words that speak
From my lips

Here I am he said
Turn into me again

Images weaving a tapestry
Choices float
Capsizing in the currents
Inside my head

Here I am he said
Turn into me again

  1. Oh man there is something about your poem that really effected me. Your poem is intensely emotional and intensely personal……………………your work really goes deep in to your readers’ heart………………….you couldn’t be any more talented.

  2. I don’t know what it is about this one but I felt it all the way to my soul. Probably because I can relate on a certain level right now. Your words are always so strong and pull emotions from me that I didn’t even know were there. I am in awe of your talent.
