Sharing past, present, future
Glimpses shared given life

History in our control
Entwining futures untold
If our closeness faded
Into distant empty silences
What unimaginable futures would unfold
Filled with vacancy and void of colour
Friendship based on written words
Lived emotions spelled out
Intentions trusted and believed
