ONE MINUTE AND A WALL

The holidays are wonderful. But they can also feel like one long list of obligations.

Places to go. People to see. Food to make. Gifts to buy. Things to remember, forget, and remember too late. Somewhere in the middle of all of it we can forget to stop and enjoy the people and moments right in front of us.

So find a wall and take a minute.

Let your shoulders drop. Close your eyes and breathe. Then look around. You don’t have to make every moment perfect. You don’t have to do everything or be everywhere.

Choose what matters most. Let a few things wait. Be present with the people you love. And when it all starts feeling like too much, step away for a minute and find another wall.

The holidays aren’t a performance. They’re meant to be lived. So breathe, focus, and let yourself enjoy them.
