Toad paid me an email visit and we wrote another duet.  It has been awhile and it was nice to partner with him again.  I love how this one turned out!

Dancing indecision melodically

upon my burning heart,

A desire so overwhelming

liken a wave smothering me whole

as i reach for your tender love

hell break free crushes me above.

Angels seem to dance and flirt

dramatically out of reach

Never casting their glances

in the direction that we meet

Flailing in the places in between

we carefully tread on jagged beats.

Throughout hope and laughter

blinding in between those truly

known bend of light hiding thee.

To step upon still muddy water,

a truth will honestly set us free.

♥

Storms chase us into distraction

prohibiting us from full attraction.

Glowing globes of planets line

pathways in the pebbled stone

and lead us into other unknowns.
