One of my talented friends sent me this song and video she and a friend put together.  I was so excited to get to share it.  Natasha wanted to write a song for her girlfriend and the collaboration below is a result of what a couple loving hearts can say.  She says it better in her words.  Be sure to comment and tell them what you think!!!!

                       

What this song means to me!

I wrote this song for my girlfriend as part of a birthday gift. I wanted to tell her what I’m screaming on the inside that doesn’t seem to get out lol. The first verse is basically just about how I feel when it comes to me and her and our relationship, it gives small hints of hardships “wrist tied up and you tear me down” and its been about two and a half years now and through our struggles I can’t go anywhere hence “can’t hold back too many strings attached” in the Pre-Chorus. And I’m just telling the world and whatever has me feeling like this don’t stop I like the weakness I get from loving her. The second verse Maralen wrote and when she came up with it she came up with it on the spot and it clicked and it’s just the words that came to her head were words I want to tell my girlfriend, so I thought that was a perfect fit. We named the song Captive because it’s what this love has me and honestly the last thing I want to do is be rescued from it.
