Because, for now I am her needs
She doesn’t understand my reasoning
For denying her so many of her desires
But someday her beautiful heart will see
She doesn’t understand my dedication
Because it is all she has ever known
But someday she will have a loyal soul
She doesn’t get how much time she takes
Asking for this, that, those, and please just one
But she pays me back with a fulfilling joy for life
I don’t know how she will turn out in the end
But I believe the effort I spend, the love I show
Builds strong and beautiful girl of tomorrow
