I can’t classify this as a duet.  I simply gave him a few lines and he created this beautiful piece alone!  This is a part of a series he is working on.  Enjoy!!!!

What had started out as a genteel past-time metastasized

slowly into his path Memory and how it wanders by way

of space and time was the obsession, and his exaggerate

collection of simple thread-bare shapes, embellished

intentions and elusive colors were his tools of inquiry

Though he never told me on what side of certainty he

painted his answers, the chimerical scenes his paintings

became known for animate my own reminiscing of this

hunched-over figure smiling in the dark of a drafty study

imbibing into my musings the Intimations of eternity

That make them endure.
